About Us
Redefining Longevity for Women
At BiohackHer, we believe that women deserve more than outdated health advice and one-size-fits-all solutions. We’re pioneering a new approach to women’s longevity, combining science, technology, and community to help women take control of their health and optimize their future.
Globally, women outlive men by an average of 5 years, with life expectancy for women at 73.8 years in 2021 compared to men. Despite living longer, women often face shorter "health spans," with more years spent in poor health compared to men. Women are more prone to conditions like cardiovascular disease and Alzheimer's disease, especially post-menopause, resulting in a gender paradox in health and mortality.
Our mission is simple: to equip high-achieving women with the knowledge, tools, and biohacking strategies to stay sharp, strong, and thriving—at work, at home, and beyond. Whether you’re navigating perimenopause, looking to enhance your energy and focus, or optimizing for long-term vitality, BiohackHer is your trusted partner in the journey to longevity.
We bring together a powerful collective of women, experts, and innovators who are rethinking what it means to age, providing science-backed solutions, cutting-edge health insights, and AI-driven personalization—all designed to help you perform at your best for decades to come.
This isn’t just about getting through menopause—it’s about unlocking your full potential for the future. Welcome to BiohackHer, where longevity meets leadership.

About Mandi Meidlinger
Mandi Meidlinger is a physicist-turned-product leader, an award-winning women’s health founder with a successful exit, and a software engineer.
With a background in physics, Mandi’s career began in high-performance environments—first as a Naval Nuclear Power Instructor, then as a graduate student researcher in accelerator physics. But when she became a mother, she encountered firsthand how poorly women are supported during life’s most demanding transitions. That insight led her to create an ecosystem of support for new moms that consisted of a vertically integrated e-commerce and community-based business that reached over 50,000 customers. The company became a destination for sustainable products and educational services for new mothers—proof that when women are supported with the right tools, community, and information, they don’t just make it through challenging transitions—they thrive.
After successfully exiting her first business, Mandi transitioned into tech, bringing her product sensibility, leadership skills, and data-driven curiosity into the software world. At CodeSecure, she architected and led the front-end development of a multi-million-dollar greenfield product in the cybersecurity space, scaling the front-end team, aligning stakeholders, and increasing product speed-to-market by 40%. Throughout her career, Mandi has maintained a reputation as a visionary builder—capable of taking an idea from whiteboard to revenue, always with an eye on user experience, human impact, and long-term value creation.
Today, she’s applying all of that experience—across physics, systems thinking, product development, and human-centered design—to tackle one of the most overlooked opportunities in healthcare: women’s longevity.
The idea for BiohackHer came from a deeply personal and eye-opening experience. As Mandi entered her 40s, she began experiencing sleep disruption, a frozen shoulder, and low bone density—and solutions were fragmented, not effective, and time consuming to find. She soon discovered she wasn’t alone. High-achieving women at the peak of their careers were telling her the same thing: they were considering stepping back, not because they lacked capability or ambition, but because their bodies were limiting them—and no one could give them simple, effective solutions. That realization wasn’t just frustrating—it was galvanizing. She knew she had to build the solution.
Years earlier, she had built and sold a successful business that supported tens of thousands of women through early motherhood. She had created a vibrant ecosystem of vetted products, education, and community that helped women feel informed, supported, and confident at a critical life stage. As she faced her 40s, she realized the same blueprint could work here too. This stage of life deserves the same infrastructure of support—and just like before, no one else was building it in a way that truly served women’s day-to-day reality.
BiohackHer isn’t just the solution she needs—it’s the solution women need now and in the years ahead. It’s designed for the woman she’s becoming—someone who wants to take control of her health and thrive long into the future. BiohackHer delivers personalized, AI-powered care plans that match each woman’s goals, along with access to trusted providers, vetted products, and targeted education. It’s not just about symptom relief—it’s about protecting performance, restoring confidence, and helping women continue to lead in every area of their lives. As a woman founder building for women, Mandi isn’t just solving a market problem—she’s solving our problem.
